Requirements for Attending This Course Session
Please test your computer's configuration prior to the session start time: (http://www.webex.com/lp/jointest/
) to ensure that you have the necessary software installed on your computer. Note: If you are unable to click this link, you can also cut and paste the link into the address bar of your browser.
- When you enter the test session, Webex will launch a browser based software that take you into the test session.
- Upon entering the Webex test session, you will see a message saying "Congratulations! Your system is now set up properly..." If you are able to see this slide your test is successful.
- If you are not able to see the slides, please contact Cisco Webex Technical Support at (866) 229-3239.
To Join the Session
Perform the following actions no later than 15 minutes before the event begins.
- Go to the LMS at http://www.cewebinar.net and log into your account with your e-mail and password.
- On the Dashboard, click the "my Courses" link.
- On the next page, click the "Start lesson" button.
- Click the link for the appropriate lecture for that day and time. Be sure to copy or memorize the Event Password.
- When you click on the Course URL, the Webex software will launch. In the following fields, verify or enter this information:
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- E-mail Address: (Be sure that the e-mail address you enter is the same one for your CE Webinar account, otherwise you will NOT be able to join the lecture.)
- Event Password
- Click Submit.
In Case You're Unable to Connect to the Live Online Lecture
The Cisco Webex software supports both Mac and PC platforms for both video and audio. If for some reason, you're not able to connect to the live lecture, don't panic.
You can still listen to the lectures via telephone. The telephone number and participant code to listen to the live lecture is available in your CE Webinar account under the "Purchased Courses & Course Access Information" page in the "MY ACCOUNT" menu beneath the course access information.
